What You'll Do

Lead and manage a team of salespeopletechnicians Oversee scheduling, job audits, and documentation compliance Handle customer concerns and drive collections success Manage equipment, materials, and department expenses Conduct safety inspections, weekly team meetingsinterviews Maintain P&L and participate in manager on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

5+ years of industry experience

Restoration salesXactimate experience (preferred)

Knowledge of insurance industryadjuster relations

Strong customer serviceleadership skills

Familiarity with IICRC standardsestimating (a plus)
