We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to sell, execute, and manage EMS + Reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role requires expertise in sales, estimation, operations, insurance claim negotiations, and financial oversight to ensure projects are completed efficiently and profitably.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Relations:
•Conduct inspections, obtain client signatures, and provide guidance on insurance claims.
•Provide clear and transparent cost estimates, including for Change Orders.
•Prioritize customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
•Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-tier service.
Estimation & Financial Oversight:
•Ensure every estimate is accurate, covering measurements, material quality, and costs.
•Xactimate experience is a must – you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing estimates.
•Track pricing allowances against actual costs and identify any discrepancies.
•Oversee supplements submission to maintain accurate estimation records.
•Communicate with insurance adjusters for job approvals, settlements, and collections.
•Monitor client payments and subcontractor invoices, following up on collections as needed.
•Review and reconcile project costs to ensure financial accuracy.
Operations & Job Execution:
•Schedule jobs and prepare scope of work for smooth execution by the Operations team.
•Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, ensuring clear job requirements and budget alignment.
•Monitor job progress for safety, quality, and completion, implementing corrective actions when needed.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Proven experience in the restoration industry is a must.
•Xactiamte experience is required – must be proficient in writing estimates and handling supplements.
•Strong knowledge of insurance claims, supplements, and restoration estimation.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and build strong client relationships.
•Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, and financial reconciliation.
•Must have a clean driver’s license record.
