Your Day-to-Day
•
Customer-Focused: Serve as the main point of contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Oversee Quality: Manage painters, conduct quality checks, and ensure projects exceed client expectations.
•
Problem-Solving: Process change orders efficiently and maintain control of timelines and budgets.
•
Expertise in Paint Matching: Collaborate with Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore for precise paint and stain matching.
•
Team Contribution: Foster a partnership-driven culture and invest in the success of the Helix team.

Schedule & Qualifications
•
Work Hours: Monday through Friday in the field, with availability to respond to crew needs, including weekends if required.
•
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•
Experience:
•
2+ year of paint experience preferred.
•
2+ year of project management experience required.
