Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee all projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires effective negotiation skills, the ability to manage change, and proficiency in project scheduling tools.
Responsibilities
•Lead the company's day-to-day operations with a high focus on excellence of the Company pillars (safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping).
•Leads and manages the staff's performance across all levels and provides leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
•Develops comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and ensure successful execution.
•Analyzing performance indicators, financial statements, and sales reports.
•Identifying areas to cut costs while improving programs, performance, and policies.
•Creating an environment of transparency, support, serving, candidness, and synergies.
•Ensures an internal culture/work environment that promotes a passion for the mission, reinforces organizational values, encourages creativity, innovation, quality, empowers team, and promotes diversity and inclusion.
•Schedules all facets of projects, to include in-house employees and subcontractors. Sending subcontractors' scope of work. Communicating with customers regarding project updates, needs, and/or concerns, and ordering material.
•Prepares permit projects and work with municipalities to obtain permit. Update Excel permit log with status updates.
•Requests Inspections and work with municipalities.
Experience
•MUST HAVE PREVIOUS POOL EXPERIENCE
•Proven experience in project or general management with a strong understanding of program development methodologies.
•Must have strong computer skills.
•Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.
•Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in project scheduling.
