Job Overview
The Project Manager monitors and evaluates the workmanship on each project completed by Brandon J Roofing. Project Manager will spot check projects during installs and ensure that the crews are following the installation specification set forth by the management. Project Manager will perform all final quality control checks of every project once they are completed.
Activity Required
•
Confirm and document on the job site checklist that crews are at the appropriate job sites daily.
•
Confirm with crews at the end of the day what is completed vs. what is not completed and update the status to installation not complete or installation complete.
•
Perform all planned and random inspections of jobs in production on a daily basis.
•
Be responsible for documenting all on site visits through the jobsite checklist.
•
Enforce all company and manufacturer installation specifications.
•
Monitor and address violations of OSHA safety guidelines.
•
Assure to the best of your ability that all materials, workmanship and construction are in full compliance with the contract plans and building codes.
•
Conduct final inspections and complete inspection checklists ON-SITE, on all jobs completed that day by 2pm, jobs completed after 2pm do the final inspection the following morning.
•
Complete minor repairs or adjustments that are requested by management.
•
Participate in any requested subcontractor and production department meetings.
