Stone Restoration of America is a premiere restoration and waterproofing commercial contractor of building facades and parking decks. A family-owned and operated business since 1993. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including submittals, photos, change orders, requests for information, progress reports, and closeouts.
• Communicate with Clients and Engineers, including regular progress meetings and necessary documentation.
• Allocate all project resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Uphold Safety. Our Safety goal is zero incidents and no recordables. Includes ensuring all safety requirements and policies are being followed, execution of weekly toolbox topics, safety training and evolving a safety culture.
• Responsible for all submittals and close-out documents
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Know and be a good steward of the company's Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Core Values.
• Technical: All facets of building exterior restoration, waterproofing, and parking deck rehabilitation. Including masonry repair and restoration, sealants, waterproof coatings, above and below-grade waterproofing, historical building restoration, concrete repair, waterproof deck coatings, building cladding, expansion joints, and exterior water management and drainage.
• Education: Two-year college degree in Construction Management or related field experience.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore). Ability to read project plans and specifications.
• Physical: Able to stand and sit for extended periods. Able to climb and balance on equipment, ladders, and scaffolding. Able to lift more than 50 pounds. Able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
