Amerivac is a high-performance hydrovac excavation company known for fast, safe, and professional service across the construction and utility sectors. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a sharp, motivated Project Manager who can manage daily operations and build strong client relationships.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily job scheduling and execution while also serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role combines field coordination with account management and light sales — ideal for someone who thrives in both the office and the field.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and schedule day-to-day hydrovac jobs with field crews and dispatch
•Act as the main contact for client communication, quotes, and scheduling
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
•Prepare and follow up on job quotes and project scopes
•Track job progress, field issues, and ensure on-site success
•Review timecards, job reports, and photos for billing accuracy
•Support estimating and proposal efforts for new opportunities
•Coordinate with admin and billing teams to ensure smooth project close-out
Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or field operations
•Background in construction, utility, or service-based industries preferred
•Excellent people skills and a customer-first mindset
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to handle multiple jobs and fast-paced scheduling
•Comfortable working in both office and field settings
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
