Project Manager- Data Center

We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager

with

direct experience managing BESS projects

from design to commissioning. This role is crucial for delivering distributed energy and data center infrastructure aligned with safety, compliance, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full lifecycle of BESS and energy infrastructure projects

- Oversee construction, permitting, procurement, and commissioning

- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering and field teams

- Track schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor performance

- Lead on-site execution during critical phases

- Ensure safety, quality, and NERC compliance standards

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field

- 4–6 years of project management experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors

- Proven experience in managing electrical or renewable energy projects is a strong plus

- Familiarity with construction and safety standards, permitting, and utility coordination

- Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet, Procore)

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Spanish language skills are a plus

- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
