Project Manager - Construction
Milwaukee based general contractor seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Project Manager. We work with owners that range from local project developers to national corporate accounts on commercial projects.
Required Skill Set:
•
A Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent as obtained through a proven track record of work history.
•
A minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a project manager.
•
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
•
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and budgets, work on multiple jobs simultaneously, and fulfill all job requirements within a timely fashion.
•
Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.
•
Experience with various estimating software preferred.
•
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•
Excellent organizational skills.
•
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
•
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
