Here’s what we look for from our team members:

Key Skills & Qualities at I See Construct

•

Customer service experience is a must! You'll be managing relationships with our clients and ensuring that the team makes deadlines with projects, while clearly communicating payments and progress expectations with clients.

•

At least three years experience at a construction and remodeling company

•

At least five years in any sales or customer service work environment

•

Construction estimating experience is required for this position.

•

Coach and hold individual installers accountable for their contributions and give feedback on how installers can meet our budgeted standards for jobs

•

Schedule projects by communicating with installers and customers and preparing the proper paperwork.

•

Determine the correct cost for each installation and maintain the target margin of the business.

•

Ensure installation accuracy by ordering the proper materials, communicating with customers to confirm the installation details, and ensuring installations are conducted on time and with quality.

•

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required

•

Able to build and maintain great relationships with anyone

•

Shower regularly and keep good hygiene.

Core Responsibilities of the Job

•

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

•

Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and coordination.

•

Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to discuss project specifications and resolve issues.

•

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

•

Prepare and review construction estimates and contracts, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

•

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
