Position Overview:

CSG is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing commercial construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership and organizational abilities to oversee projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

•

Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.

•

Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.

•

Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

•

Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.

•

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

•

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

•

Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.

Essential Qualifications:

•

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

•

Proven success in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

•

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and safety regulations.

•

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•

Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.

•

Proficient in Sage, Microsoft Project and Primavera are a plus.

•

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
