Nelson Group is seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our residential development projects—from preconstruction planning and permitting through closeout. The ideal candidate brings both field and office experience, a proactive mindset, and ahands-on approach to construction management. This person will lead cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on quality, timeline, and budget—ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence.
