Potential duties will vary based on major and skills. Below are examples of work assignments:
- Support evaluation, development, and implementation of improved systems and processes for project managers
- Conduct research on new programs, initiatives, and operational improvements; compile and present findings
- Assist with data analysis, cost/capacity utilization, and continuous improvement activities
- Support documentation management, including metadata entry, scanning, and organizing digital files
- Track project documentation to ensure required reports are completed on time and stored in the correct platforms/locations
- Monitor meeting workflows, including ensuring correct stakeholders are invited and attending
- Analyze project timelines, data, and compliance metrics using Excel; summarize findings for leadership
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate project status, research, and recommendations
- Conduct research on new programs, initiatives, and operational improvements; compile and present findings
- Assist with data analysis, cost/capacity utilization, and continuous improvement activities
- Support documentation management, including metadata entry, scanning, and organizing digital files
- Support operational areas such as Inventory Management or Demand & Distribution Planning, depending on background
- Undergraduate, Rising Junior or Senior
- Qualifying majors of study:
- Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in
- Engineering: Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar OR
- Information Technology, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or similar
- Must be innovative, analytical, and self-motivated to complete tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel and have the ability to learn computer-based applications.
- Strong analytical abilities and data management, innovative and process orientated.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
- Ability to travel at a minimum
- Prior co-op or internship experience a plus
- Study abroad a plus
- Extracurricular activities that show leadership skills considered

Compensation: The hourly rate for this internship role is expected to fall within the range of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
