THIS POSITION
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team! You will assist with the deliverables of construction documents for infrastructure projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a variety of project documents including proposals, estimates, plans, specification, change orders, requests for information and submittals
- Monitoring and updating project schedules
- Communicating clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Scheduling and coordinating the activities of subconsultants
- Updating monthly internal and external reports
- Coordinating the review and preparation of invoices
- Expediting permits and agency approvals
- Reading and following terms and conditions of contract documents
- History of effectively working in a team environment
- Intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills
- Basic working knowledge with AutoCAD, Civil3D, GIS. and/or MicroStation is preferred but not required
