Lead the project controls activities for a team of project controls professionals focused on the development of the project plan and translating the project plan into the project estimate/schedule for natural gas midstream construction projects.
- Develop project controls processes to maximize efficiency and ensure that required project planning/scheduling controls are appropriately implemented and maintained
- Develop systems to allow for schedule and cost reporting to be transparent and easily found throughout the organization
- Develops and records project historical schedule information and lessons learned for benchmarking purposes.
- Provide support in the management of project schedule functions including scheduling, change management, tracking progress, and forecasting
- Identify and communicate project schedule risks and develop mitigation plans
- Prepare project scorecard presentations, highlighting in-service dates, risks, and changes
- Develop custom projects reports as needed to facilitate project discussions
- Oversight of schedule template development and maintenance in Microsoft Project
- Bachelor's degree in relevant study (Engineer, Project Management, Construction Management preferred)
- 5 years of relevant Planning & Scheduling experience (including 3 years of leadership experience)
- Possess & maintain a valid driver’s license
- Experience setting up and monitoring complex project schedules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Basic experience and understanding of estimating and benchmarking.
- Good interpersonal and collaborating skills.
- Good organization and prioritization skills to execute work accurately and largely self-directed, handle multiple priorities, and analyze reports and trend activities.
- Experience in midstream project estimation
- Experience in working with capital budgets.
- PMP certification

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate in the office but, may become loud at the project site.
