Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a proven track record in the construction industry. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

•

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

•

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

•

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

•

Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and performance metrics.

•

Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Oversee the preparation of construction estimates using tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project duration.

•

Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

•

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

•

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

•

Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.

•

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid.

•

Experience using Civil 3D or other relevant construction management software is preferred.

•

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
