- Assist Project managers with the coordination and execution of construction projects
- Assist with project schedules, documents and reports
- communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Track project progress and report on milestones and deadlines
- Organize meetings with prepared agendas
- Obtain purchase orders, invoices and other project-related paperwork
- Support the preparation and submittal of permits
- Maintain project files, drawings, and other records in digital and physical formats
- Assist in managing safety documentation and compliance requirements
