Production Tech

Overview:

We are seeking a Production Tech / Well Runner to join our field operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of well sites. The Production Tech will be responsible for maintaining stuffing boxes, monitoring equipment performance, and investigating leaks to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of stuffing boxes to ensure proper function and minimize leaks.

- Report and document spills in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

- Conduct root cause and failure analysis on stuffing box leaks and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with field teams to cover multiple operational areas in Denver City and Seminole.

- Perform routine inspections of well equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.

- Support production operations by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.

- Experience in oilfield operations or mechanical maintenance strongly desired.

- Knowledge of stuffing box systems and well site equipment.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform root cause analysis.

- Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple locations.
