Production Supervisor

- Full-time production supervisor within Westinghouse production facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

- Overall responsibility for Huntsville Facility.

- Reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager (located remotely in Warrendale)

- Provide day-to-day direction to technicians for production activities.

- Maintain all calibrated measurement and tooling.

- Maintain qualification and training for production personnel and special processes.

- Responsible for interfacing with WEC Logistics for inbound/outbound shipping activities.

- Responsible for material control and inventory management.

- Responsible for planned and unplanned facility maintenance needs.

- Work in conjunction with corporate EHS to ensure compliance to all EHS requirements.

- Act as site Nuclear Safety Culture champion.

- Responsible for interfacing with corporate security to address access, alarms, etc.

- Support plant safety initiatives with goal of zero recordable incidents.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility.

- Collect and share relevant operating experiences with workforce.
