Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

- Supervise production activities to ensure work is completed on time and in compliance with company standards.

- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to production team members.

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Engineering) to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

- Train, coach, and evaluate employees to promote skill development and high performance.

- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, including conflict resolution when necessary.

- Enforce quality assurance protocols and perform spot checks to ensure product specifications are met.

- Maintain records and logs for production, downtime, and defects.

- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with management to implement process improvements.

- Participate in Kaizen events, Lean initiatives, or Six Sigma projects as applicable.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in a production or manufacturing setting.

- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, safety regulations, and quality systems.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
