Production Scheduler

We are currently looking to hire a Production Scheduler to our team. Duties include but not limited to:

Review new purchase order documents, communicate internally for clarifications as required

Order entry and set up, prepare job files with physical documentation, attend order setup review meetings

Schedule new orders; communicate with production for constraints/priority in scheduling

Provide Order Acknowledgments to customers confirming Price and Delivery

Review and modify schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and to cater internal needs

Keep the schedule and Work centers capacities updated

Provide Open order reports for certain customers
