Job Title: Production/Operations Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production/Operations Manager to oversee our project operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient project coordination, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of workers. This role requires a strong background in construction, specifically exterior (roofing, siding and gutters), logistical management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
•Project Management : Oversee daily project activities to ensure timely and efficient operations on-site.
•Quality Assurance : Monitor the installation of roofing materials to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
•Material Coordination : Manage the ordering and inventory levels of roofing materials and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery for each build day.
•Subcontractor Liaison : Collaborate with subcontractors and homeowners to facilitate communication, scheduling, and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
•Continuous Improvement : Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing seamless project workflows.
•Site Inspections : Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards for city code requirements.
Skills
•Roofing Knowledge : Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in roofing installation and related tools.
•Project Coordination : Familiarity with roofing, siding and gutter project processes, scheduling, and best practices in the construction industry.
•Experience Required : At least 3-5 years experience working in a roofing or construction setting is preferred.
•Logistics Management : Ability to efficiently coordinate material orders and manage timelines for multiple projects. Ensure when material drop offs occur.
•Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing a diverse team and subcontractors.
•Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical mindset to identify areas for project improvements.
•Effective Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
