Job Overview:
We are seeking a person who can quickly build on a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, equipment operation and maintenance, that is also an experienced manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field, providing the foundational knowledge and expertise necessary for success in overseeing our company's daily operations, improving training and employee retention. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with:

•Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights; Physically able to climb up and down ladders safely; Ability to work outside in all weather conditions; Can carry at least fifty (50) pounds; In good physical condition.
•Relocation to within 25 miles of our Irwin, PA office within 90 days of starting work (required)
Responsibilities:
•This role is pivotal in driving strategic planning, resource optimization, process enhancement, and ensuring operational excellence.
•Oversee the day-to-day operations and team, allocating resources effectively to boost productivity while minimizing costs.
•Provide strong and effective leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cohesive collaboration.
•Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among departmental managers and staff.
•Coordinate training opportunities to enhance personal and team competencies, including implementing Mike Holt electrician apprentice program.
•Set clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and address performance and attendance issues promptly.
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations, thus enhancing overall efficiency.
•Establish and enforce quality standards, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
•Assist in developing and managing budgets to optimize financial performance.
•Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
•Collaborate with other departments to synchronize activities and ensure seamless project execution.
•Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
•Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols and promote a robust safety culture among all team members.
•Conduct regular safety meetings to ensure awareness and compliance with safety procedures.
•Implement measures to identify and mitigate safety risks both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
•Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs promptly and effectively to enhance overall satisfaction.
•Collect and analyze critical data to inform decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
•Responsible use of company provided fleet vehicle and adherence to all relevant policies.
•Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
•Experience in sales and business development is a plus
