Production Leadperson | Uvalde, TX

Position Summary

Leader for day to day operations in quarry. Communicate standards of excellence in the daily work assignments of their assigned team, in order to meet safe production as outlined by Management. Standards should be communicated through stated goals, daily interaction, Team meetings, provide input on employee performance evaluations, and recommend disciplinary actions.

Position is based in Uvalde,TX

Essential Responsibilities* Perform standard office duties, plant duties and operate mobile equipment

Education and Experience* Minimum 3 to 5 years+ experience, preferably in the aggregates industry Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Effective coordination and communication skills (written and verbal) Physical Requirements* Must be able to perform duties in a safe manner. This job requires the ability to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots and hearing protection WORKING CONDITIONS

Larger equipment is typically air conditioned. There will be times when outside assignments may require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs. DISCLAIMER
