We are looking for a Production Associate that can help us excel in quality, productivity, and value. If this sounds like you, please keep reading!
· Review assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work by gathering necessary parts, tools, and materials.
· Position and align parts and subassemblies using templates or measurement tools.
· Assemble components by checking connections for proper fit and fastening parts as required.
· Assemble aluminum windows of various sizes and weights to meet customer needs.
· Verify completed components meet specifications through measurement and inspection.
· Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
· Work efficiently to achieve productivity and quality goals.
· Contribute to team success through effective collaboration and communication.
· Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
· Demonstrate proficiency in shop math and use of hand tools.
· Flexibility to assist in other areas of the shop as needed.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Must be able to perform the essential job duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift.
· Willingness to work overtime as approved and scheduled by supervisor.
· 0-6 Months experience in a manufacturing environment.
