Production Administrator/Analyst

based out of Calgary, Alberta. Reporting to the Supervisor, Measurements & Volumetrics, the Production Administrator/Analyst will analyze, design, and implement optimal production and optimization strategies for their geographic area.

Some specific duties, and responsibilities of the Production Administrator/Analyst include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain and update the Prodview field data capture system

- Be the primary contact for all Prodview technical queries, error resolution, troubleshooting, and data retrieval for the assigned geographical area

- Provide month-end field data capture support to the production accounting team

- Review and confirm monthly compliance with Directive 17 and EPAP regulations for SK and AB

- Provide routine weekly and monthly production reports to operations team

- Coordinate annual measurement schematic reviews

- Build strong working relationships with the field operations, facilities, production accounting and development teams

- Ensure accuracy of monthly truck ticket, offload skid, Prochart and third party receipt data

- Review and support battery/well GOR measurement process

- Ensure reporting data is current, accurate, and complete

- Assist with the maintenance of the Protrend, Prochart and Petrinex databases

- Support the Enhanced Production Audit Program (EPAP) data gathering and control processes

- Additional responsibilities as required.

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

- 4+ years of experience in the petroleum industry

- Self-motivated, professional team player with strong attention to detail, and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects successfully

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and Excel skills

- Ability to make occasional trips to the field

- Sound knowledge of Directive 17 measurement regulations

- Software experience in Prodview, Excel, Power BI is an asset
