About This Job

NDT Global is the leading provider of ultra-high-tech diagnostic inspection solutions, advanced data analysis and integrity assessment services for ensuring the safety and longevity of energy-sector infrastructure assets. Recognized as the forerunner in ultrasonic inspection technologies comprising Pulse Echo, Pitch-and-Catch and Phased Array, as well as Acoustic Resonance (ART Scan) methodologies, the company also deploys a range of non-ultrasonic technologies, such as Inertial Measurement Units, with more under development. NDT Global strategically applies its inspection technologies to detect, diagnose and model various types of threat—circumferential or axial cracks, metal loss, geometry, mapping, and more—across diverse classes of assets. By providing predictive, decision-ready insights driven by the world’s most accurate data, NDT Global enables the conditions for asset owners to optimize infrastructure health and drive operational efficiencies while reducing risk and minimizing their carbon footprint.

Purpose:

- Support monthly operating reviews, technical reviews, and annual strategic planning with data-driven insights and tracking mechanisms for progress against goals (e.g. tracking, budget, schedule, resources, risk)

- Partner with Product and TPM teams to collect and analyze internal data on product usage, customer behavior, and delivery health (e.g. adoption, retention, delivery velocity

Customer & Market Intelligence:

- Manage market data required for insights that influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and OKRs (e.g. market sizing, PHMSA data and statistics, customer segmentation, SWOT analysis, competitor intel).

- Lead efforts to gather and synthesize external research from voice-of-customer, user research, sales, support, and market trends.

- Streamline and centralize access to qualitative and quantitative insights so teams can self-serve and explore findings with ease; including maintaining a system for capturing and categorizing customer feedback across touchpoints (e.g. support, NPS, sales conversations).

- Provide tools and guidance for teams to validate hypothesis and decisions for potential product opportunities.

Qualifications/Education:

- A bachelor's degree from a university or technical college in a related field is required.

Experience:
