We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager
to join our team and play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a suite of B2B software products, including integrated hardware solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our presence into new markets and regions, managing our e-commerce and digital platforms, launching new products, and building strategic channel partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical, and results-driven professional who can not only execute impactful campaigns but also act as a strategic partner to the business. You will be directly responsible for driving measurable growth, from lead generation and sales pipeline growth to improving conversion rates and reducing customer acquisition costs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive company and solution marketing strategies to clearly articulate our value to new and existing customers.
- Penetrate new markets, generate qualified leads, and grow our sales pipeline for our B2B SaaS and hardware solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and leverage strategic channel partnerships to expand market reach and drive demand through co-marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the Product Management team to plan and manage the launch of new products and value-added releases, ensuring a cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategy.
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, corporate website, and social media channels to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising to drive event and campaign lead generation.
- Lead the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, product videos, and sales enablement materials.
- Manage American Innovations industry and corporate events, including our annual AI World user's conference.
- Analyze campaign performance and key marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, conversion rates, MQLs to SQLs) to demonstrate ROI and make data-driven decisions.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop to adapt strategies and optimize performance based on real-time data and market insights.
- Report on marketing effectiveness to leadership, providing clear, actionable insights into performance and future opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product Management teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.- 5+ years of technical, B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience driving demand for a B2B software products, especially one with an integrated hardware component.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and pipeline growth, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven company.
- Proven track record of using Artificial Intelligence to make yourself and your teams improve.
- Proven track record of driving marketing engagement in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
