What you’ll do

- Lead the design, performance, and lifecycle improvements of key products

- Solve technical problems hands-on, from concept through customer delivery

- Drive engineering excellence, compliance, and product approvals (UL, CE, etc.)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and improve what exists

- Support manufacturing and testing with practical, real-world engineering solutions

💡

What makes you a great fit

- BS in Mechanical Engineering + 2–5 years of industrial product engineering experience

- Strong foundation in heat transfer, thermo-mechanical, hydraulic, combustion, or electrical systems

- Experience owning a product end-to-end: design → testing → customer experience

- Skilled in CAD/drafting standards, ERP/MRP data management, and technical documentation

- Comfortable troubleshooting, leading design reviews, and presenting to all levels of the organization
