Schedule:

This is a PRN / part-time position with flexible, on-demand scheduling.

You must be available for at least 2 shifts per month

Most shifts are 4 to 10 hours long, depending on the scope of the job

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Mover/Packer Technician to join our team. You will play a critical role in helping customers recover from damage-related events by packing, moving, and protecting their belongings with care and professionalism. Truck driving experience is a plus, but not required.

This position requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Loading & Unloading

•

Safely load and unload furniture, appliances, and contents from residential or commercial properties

•

Secure items for safe transport and minimize risk of damage

Customer Interaction

•

Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy on every job

•

Communicate with customers and escalate concerns to the crew lead when necessary

Inventory Management

•

Maintain accurate documentation of items packed, moved, or stored

•

Notify supervisors of any damaged or missing items

Equipment & Vehicle Care

•

Help maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment inventory

•

Report mechanical or maintenance issues to leadership promptly

Team Collaboration

•

Work as part of a crew to ensure efficient completion of each job

•

Communicate clearly and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

•

Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working on your feet for long periods

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•

Professional appearance and attitude

•

High attention to detail with a commitment to safety

•

Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
