Under direction of the Information Systems Manager, a Principal Technology Analyst serves as a lead strategic partner responsible for understanding and meeting business requirements. Analyzes complex business processes and workflows, improves efficiency through automation and streamlined operations. Provides expertise on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services. Leads implementation, and maintenance of the District’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Information (CIS), and other business critical systems. Leads, trains and coordinates the work of staff, as assigned.
