The principal analyst’s role is to architect, design, implement, and maintain performance monitoring solutions across technology domains both on premise and in the cloud. The principal analyst provides leadership and vision in architecture, strategy, and service offerings as it relates to performance management that includes: Application Performance Management, Customer End-user Experience, and Service Health performance monitoring. The principal will also assess the impact of future business needs on existing and future services and architectures.
This individual will possess the necessary skills to analyze and resolve complex network issues as well as guide the design/implement solutions which provide key visibility into the health and performance of the IT systems that help our company operate efficiently.
The position requires a deep technical understanding of the infrastructure stack as well as application performance. This role also requires the ability to approach complex network and performance issues and lead troubleshooting efforts across diverse teams.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution is required, plus an additional 18 graduate-level credits in the area of specialty preferred.
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
