The Principal Operations Learning Architect at PPL/RI/KY is a strategic, subject-matter expert reporting through the Director of Technical Training. They are tasked with analyzing, developing, delivering, and evaluating instructional initiatives that span a wide audience or have key impact on the business strategy; assuring a curriculum aligns with the goals of the strategic initiative; driving consensus on content with leadership in operations; developing the schedule and managing the projects; designing solutions in the best format possible; sourcing and coordinating with vendors; meeting the needs of the audience; and reporting metrics on the efficacy of the program.
