Role: Manager, Internal Communications

Reports to: Director, Internal Communications
Location: Markham
Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications and working closely with our communications specialist, HR. and leadership team, the successful candidate will lead the creation and development of engaging content across various channels and audiences, plan and deliver employee events and conferences, and support key projects and initiatives that drive our Strategic Objectives and bring our Purpose and Values to life.
This individual will be a true collaborator with exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills, project management experience and solid experience running events. This seasoned manager will have a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and have experience working directly with the c-suite executive team.
