NextEra Energy is seeking an experienced legal practitioner to join its gas infrastructure legal team with experience in and a proven record of commercial awareness. This position will provide legal support related to upstream operations and management, acquisitions and divestitures, litigation defense, organic development initiatives, regulatory filings, land acquisition, and play a lead role in drafting, negotiating, and providing commercial transactional assistance to internal clients.

Employees in this job participate in complex legal matters and projects and deliver timely and quality legal services to clients with moderate supervision.
