About This Job
The Preventative Maintenance (PM) Coordinator will oversee and manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of all preventative maintenance activities for Edge Controls’ client base. This role ensures that equipment is maintained proactively to reduce downtime, extend asset life, and prevent costly repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage Edge Controls’ Preventative Maintenance program to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems across all client sites.
•Schedule, assign, and track all preventative maintenance tasks and activities.
•Maintain accurate records of PM work orders, including dates, parts used, and completion status.
•Foster effective communication with Product Service Lines (PSLs) and clients to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with operational needs.
•Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to ensure adequate inventory levels of parts and materials required for maintenance tasks.
•Continuously improving the PM program by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in maintenance coordination, scheduling, or facilities management (preferred).
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
