Job Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Press Operators and Press Helpers. In these roles, you will operate press machines and ovens of various sizes to produce heads, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate press machines and furnaces to produce heads according to specifications.

- Perform machine setup, including base, ring, and plug assembly.

- Monitor machine operations, oil levels, and overall safety.

- Read and interpret work orders, prints, and drawings.

- Utilize forklifts and lift trucks to transport materials.

- Measure materials and conduct in-process quality checks.

- Apply die saver and perform routine machine maintenance.

- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

- Train and assist team members as needed.

- Adhere strictly to safety standards and comply with designated PPE requirements.

- Support quality projects and company initiatives.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Available Shift:

- 1st Shift: 6:00am-3:30pm

- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-1:00am

- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm-7:30am

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

- Willingness to work overtime and any shift as requested.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions, as the warehouse has open areas.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 20 lbs.

- Comfortable with standing, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods.

- Capability to climb steps to operate equipment such as forklifts and lift trucks.
