Shifts Available and Hours: Continental Shift

Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.00 hour extra

Job Responsibilities:

- Follow all safety protocols and lead by example.

- Maintain department housekeeping standards.

- Have complete understanding of company quality and tolerance standards.

- Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap (less than 1.5%).

- Maintain acceptable level of customer returns (less than 0.5%).

- Complete all daily safety and process check sheets.

- Ensure priority batches are communicated to the crane operator.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

- Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

- Must have the ability to work any shift.

- Must be able to safely lift 130 lbs. repetitively with a partner.

- Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for up to12 hours.

- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold).
