Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of press machines, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and practical experience in manufacturing processes.

Duties

- Operate press brake machines , ensuring precise fabrication of parts.

- Set up and adjust programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for optimal machine performance.

- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to execute production specifications accurately.

- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met.

- Utilize hand tools

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve production efficiency.

- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Experience

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly as a Press Operator or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in CNC programming,

- Experience with warehouse operations, including forklift operation, is an asset.

- Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
