What You’ll Do

- Set up and operate automatic presses using standard procedures

- Load coils/blank feed, run straighteners, and process parts

- Use precision tools to ensure quality per the Control Plan

- Record production, scrap, setup, and downtime in the ERP system

- Inspect and pack parts to customer specifications

- Perform basic press maintenance and follow all safety standards

- Keep your work area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of manufacturing experience (required) - 3+ years of stamping press experience (required)

- High school diploma or GED

- Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills

- Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Familiarity with AIDA, Komatsu (servo), COE, or Danly equipment (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $22.30 per hour
