H3 Manufacturing Group in Oxford, NC is actively seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join our growing team. This is not a general machine operator position—we're looking for professionals who specialize in CNC press brake setup and operation.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines

- Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and job travelers

- Select proper tooling and adjust back gauges

- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

- Maintain quality and consistency throughout production runs

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes

- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of CNC press brake experience

- Strong understanding of metal forming, bending, and machine setup

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Familiar with precision measuring tools

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
