Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and/or commercial plumbing, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
•
Perform plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
•
Respond to residential and commercial plumbing needs in a timely and professional manner.
•
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
•
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle and provided tools.
•
Participate in rotating on-call weekend schedule (once every 4–6 weeks).
Qualifications:
•
Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience required.
•
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
•
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.
•
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
•
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
