Clog Pro Plumbing and Drain is currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team in Vancouver, WA. COMPENSATION: $15.50/hr to $23/hr DOE

REQUIREMENTS:

•

Experience in reception, customer service, dispatching, and/or equivalent.

•

Plumbing dispatch experience required

•

Advanced customer service skills.

•

Professional phone skills.

•

Energetic personality.

•

Service Titan experience a Plus

•

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

•

Ability to multitask.

•

Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills.

•

Must be able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•

Schedule and coordinate all service call as calls are received.

•

Update customer profiles as information is received.

•

Happy check calls to customers after service is complete

•

Back up dispatcher as needed

•

Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians.

•

Monitor email and schedule service requests

•

Back up other employees as work flow requires

•

Other duties as assigned/ needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $23.00 per hour
