You’ll oversee both the plumbing and drain service departments, coaching your team to succeed while making sure our standards are met and exceeded.

Lead our plumbing and drain technicians with integrity—holding them accountable to our company’s systems, values, and expectations. You’ll make sure the team follows processes that keep customers happy and jobs profitable.
Guide technicians through structured training plans from apprentice to licensed pro. You’ll help them grow in skills, confidence, and performance—and celebrate their wins along the way.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like efficiency, REVENUE, ticket accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You’ll identify gaps, implement solutions, and drive the department toward consistent success.
Support technicians in the field when questions arise, review service tickets and job photos, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
