Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

•

Fabricate and assemble products in accordance with production schedules

•

Manage plant operations, including supply chain management and quality control

•

Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity

•

Drive continuous improvement efforts within the plant

•

Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues

•

Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize plant performance

Experience

•

Proven experience in plant management within a manufacturing environment

•

Strong background in supply chain management and quality control

•

Demonstrated success in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

•

Mechanical knowledge to effectively oversee plant operations

•

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
