- Plan, organize, and prioritize work responsibilities independently.
- Respond to emergency situations on-call as needed.
- Interpret and utilize P&IDs, process flow diagrams, schematics, and alignment sheets.
- Provide field-based leadership and oversight of contract crews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering staff and leadership.
- Generate accurate and timely field reports for analysis.
- Actively participate in safety and operations meetings.
- Follow all established procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- 3–5 years of oilfield experience, including pipeline pigging with pig valves, launchers, and receivers.
- Willingness to travel 60–80% throughout the assigned asset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to perform intermediate pipeline flow troubleshooting.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and pipeline applications.
- Knowledge of mobile pump equipment and pipeline cleanouts.
- Understanding of pipeline flow processes and operational facilities.
- Physically able to work in tight spaces, climb stairs/ladders, walk uneven surfaces, and lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Associate’s degree in engineering or a technical field preferred.
