Job Summary
The Pipeline Corrosion Protection Helper will assist technicians in performing corrosion control and pipeline integrity tasks. This role involves supporting field operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
•Blasting / painting pipeline
•Installation of deep well ground beds
•ILI (in-line inspection) verification digs
•Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cathodic protection systems.
•Support pipeline integrity surveys, including leak detection and corrosion assessments.
•Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, facilities and materials for field operations.
•Conduct routine inspections and document findings.
•Follow safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
•Work closely with technicians to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Basic understanding of pipeline systems and corrosion control methods or ability to learn.
•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
•Ability to report to work daily and travel when required
•Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
•Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
•Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
