Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Plumbing Helper to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. The Plumbing Helper will assist licensed plumbers with various tasks, ensuring that plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently. This role requires a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities

Assist plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
•
Help with remodeling projects by supporting the plumbing aspects of renovations.
•
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
•
Read blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts and requirements.
•
Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks under supervision.
•
Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to problem-solving efforts.
•
Follow safety protocols while working on job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
•
Basic mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding plumbing systems.
•
Experience or familiarity with maintenance person tasks, carpentry, or remodeling is a plus.
•
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
•
Willingness to learn pipe threading techniques and other plumbing skills.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
•
Good physical stamina, as the role may require lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
•
A positive attitude and strong communication skills are important for teamwork.
