An overview of your future role at BBA
You’ll report to the Payroll Supervisor and will perform a variety of tasks for our Payroll department. Your responsibilities will cover the entire payroll cycle.

- Manage the full payroll cycle: processing new hires, departures and other employment-related changes
- Process payroll every two weeks, ensuring data accuracy for the various provinces of employment across Canada
- Ensure salary increases are paid and make retroactive payments, where necessary
- Reconcile remittances to various levels of government or other agencies
- Carry out payroll reconciliations
- Provide support to employees at all BBA offices
- Oversee the weekly time sheet processing in the ERP system
- Follow up with group insurance and RRSP/DPSP premiums
- Help with year-end preparation and control activities

- At least three years of payroll experience
- Excellent written communication (English and French)
- Bilingual, both spoken and written
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Asset: knowledge of ADP and Deltek's Maconomy ERP
- Asset: high-volume, multi-province payroll experience
