This is a full-time, permanent onsite role based in our Houston, TX 77041 office.

Position Summary:

The Parts Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The Warehouse Assistant will also package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery.

Job Duties:

Parts Maintenance

•

Perform inventory counts and keep records up to date.

•

Pull parts to fulfill work orders for the service team.

•

Identify core parts and make sure they are returned to supplier by the deadline date.

•

Track the usage of oil, coolant, and other supplies.

•

Pick up parts from suppliers and deliver parts as needed.

•

Responsible for tracking tools and equipment.

•

Assist in identifying scrap material.

•

Operate forklifts to move or store inventory.

•

Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with various tasks in the Used Parts Department.

•

Responsible for receiving all parts of the Purchase Order and distributing parts to the appropriate department.

Safety

•

Report all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.

•

Wear proper PPE when necessary.

Qualifications

•

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required

Experience & Skills

•

Valid forklift operations certification, preferred

•

Valid Texas Driver’s license

•

2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferred

•

Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks
